Feel which colours are calling to you—and notice those that evoke an immediate resistance, a feeling of “this isn’t me.” It is worth looking more deeply into all of it, as every response reveals something important about you.
And perhaps there is no feeling more beautiful than the freedom that comes when resistance and aversion no longer guide your choices—when deep acceptance, love and joy of the heart take the lead. Everything feels lighter. And so very beautiful.
